Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
There are absolutely no returns or refunds, but we do offer exchanges.
- All sale items (items marked down from their original cost) or items bought with a coupon code of 10% off or over cannot be exchanged.
- ***Please allow 3-4 business days for your exchange to be processed and re-shipped***
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If we do not receive your bikini within 7 days of when you receive it in the mail, you are not eligible for an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, hygiene liner and all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must reach out to me at email@example.com if you'd like to make an exchange.
- All e-mails must contain your order number, what kini & size you ordered, and what kini & size you'd like to exchange it for.
- Not all kinis will be in stock, so you may not be able to exchange for the exact bikini that you'd like.
- We reserve the right to refuse to exchange if we believe the kini has been damaged or worn by you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
